What is ESAD?
ESAD stands for “Extra Special Australasian Demonstrators” and is a facebook group just for Australian and New Zealand Independent Stampin’ Up! demonstrators.
We love what we do & love to share with our customers, friends and blog visitors. We also share what we love in our ESAD Demonstrator community, through swaps, challenges, sharing knowledge, ideas & friendship; and we’re always there to help and support each other.
So if you are a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator located in Australia or New Zealand then please feel free to leave me a comment with your email address then I’ll contact you with information on how to join our group.
So for today’s projects I elected to use the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits …

I love this thinlit set! While it seems very limited there really is so so much you can do with it.
You can make boxes, cards and pockets to name a few. Here’s a pocket card I made for my Creative Club girls ….

Now with a little adjusting you can also create a lovely little gift bag like this one …

Now for this one I’ve used something out of all our current Catalogues! The Specialty Paper comes from the Irresistably Yours Paper Pack from the Sale-a-bration Catalogue. The Stamp Set used is the Pictogram Punches from the Annual Catalogue and of course the Mini TreatBag Thinlit Dies from the Occasions Catalogue. The little Daffodil and Silver Stars are also from the Mini TreatBag Thinlit Dies. The ‘rays’ are created using the mask from the Hooray It’s your Day Simply Created Card kit and So Saffron Ink daubered on.
Did you know you can also use the Mini TreatBag Thinlit Die to make a Birdhouse …

I just love Birdhouses and this idea popped in my head a couple of weeks ago and after a few different tries for the closure I finally got it finished yesterday! I wanted it so you didnt have to rip it open to retrieve the goodies inside.

I even researched on Google for my little bird which is a little Tepui Brush Finch from Brazil …

My leaves are from Choose Happiness Stamp Set and have been coloured in with the new Wild Wasabi Blendabilities. The little roses are from the new Artisan Embellishment Kit in the Occasions Catalogue.
I hope you like today’s projects and I’ve shown you that the Mini Treatbag Thinlits dies is not just for mini treatbags – it’s for so much more than that!
